Background
Naledzi Environmental Consultants (NEC) was established in 2003 as an Environmental Consulting firm of choice. It is an employee owned and managed company, with an equal number of dedicated, enthusiastic, well-trained and experienced young male and female professionals. Naledzi is a 100% black owned and managed company with a Level 1 BEE rating.

We will channel sizeable amount of resources towards the development of staff skills, conduct our business professionally by utilizing all available regulatory, self-regulatory and market based tools in appropriate combination to affect the best outcome in each project.

We also undertake to work only on projects for which we are qualified and accredited to perform. All these would be done in accordance with internationally recognised systems and in compliance with the latest national, provincial and local legislative frameworks and other requirements.
Our Team
Mr. K.D. Musetsho Pr.Sci.Nat.
Mr. Musetsho is the Founder and Senior Environmental Practitioner at Naledzi Environmental Consultants. He has over 15 years of experience as an environmental practitioner. Mr. Musetsho holds a Master of Environmental Management Degree (UNIVEN), a Master of Business Leadership (MBL) degree (UNISA, GSBL). He holds various certificates in environmental management. He is also an accredited environmental/environmental scientist by both SAIEES, ICB/EAPSA and SACNASP.
Mr. F.D. Munyai Pr.Sci.Nat.
Mr. Munyai is a Hydrogeologist at Naledzi Environmental Consultants. He has over 15 years of experience as a Hydrologist. He holds a Bachelor of Earth Sciences degree, and is a member of various professional organisations such as the Geological Society of South Africa, South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions amongst others. He heads the specialistic division that deals with water resources.
Mr. T. Matsenene Cand.Sci.Nat.
Mr. Matsenene is an Environmental Practitioner at Naledzi Environmental Consultants. He has over 8 years of experience as an environmental practitioner. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Sciences Degree. He holds various certificates in environmental management. He participated in numerous environmental projects ranging from mining, electricity supply, water supply, roads and wastewater treatment plants. Mr. Matsenene is a registered Natural Scientist with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP).
Ms. S. Ncube.
Ms. Ncube is an environmental assessment practitioner at Naledzi Environmental Consultants. She has just over 3 years of experience as an environmental consultant. Ms. Ncube holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Management Degree. She has participated in numerous projects ranging from mining, electricity supply, water supply, roads and wastewater treatment plants.
Ms. A. Nembahe Cand Sci Nat.
Ms. Nembahe is an environmental assessment practitioner at Naledzi Environmental Consultants. She has just over 2 years of experience as an environmental consultant. She holds a Bachelor of Environmental Management Degree. She has also participated in numerous projects ranging from mining, electricity supply, water supply, roads and wastewater treatment plants. She is a Candidate Natural Scientist with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions.
Mr. R. Ramathieledza Cand Sci Nat.
Mr. Ramathieledza is a Hydrogeologist who holds a Bachelor of Earth Sciences (Hons) from the University of Venda. He has just over 2 years of work experience and has already participated in numerous water provisioning projects. He is busy with his Master’s Degree under the field of Earth Sciences and his major subject is Hydrogeology (Sustainable Groundwater Resource Supply in the crystalline basement aquifers, at the Greater Tzaneen Municipality, Limpopo Province).
Mr. Ramathieledza is also a registered Natural Scientist with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP).
Ms. M.I. Botha.
Ms. Botha is an environmental public participation practitioner with over 12 years working experience. She has participated in a multitudes of projects with flying colours.
Ms. T. Ritshuri
Ms. T. Ritshuri is the office administrator at Naledzi Environmental Consultants with 3 years of work experience. Her work entail administration, financial reporting and client liaison. Ms. Ritshuri is currently studying towards a Law Degree.
